Purpose

The Creative Specialist is responsible for developing, managing and delivering high-quality creative projects for Vita Manufacture and its customers, combining strong visual design capabilities with project management, brand development and digital marketing expertise.

This is a hands-on creative and commercially focused role, responsible for managing customer design projects from initial briefing through concept development, revisions, approval and final delivery, while also leading the production of internal creative assets that strengthen Vita Manufacture's brand, marketing performance and digital presence.

The successful candidate will work across brand identity, supplement packaging, product visualisation, website design, ecommerce, digital advertising, social media, video and marketing content, ensuring all creative work is visually compelling, commercially effective and consistent with the intended brand positioning.

Working closely with Sales, New Product Development (NPD), Marketing, Quality Assurance and Production, the Creative Specialist will translate customer requirements and business objectives into professional, practical and market-ready creative solutions.

The role requires someone who can independently take ownership of multiple projects, communicate confidently with customers, meet deadlines and maintain exceptional design standards while balancing commercial priorities.

The Creative Specialist is accountable for delivering customer design projects on time, maintaining high creative standards, improving customer satisfaction and producing internal marketing assets that contribute to Vita Manufacture's commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Design and Creative Projects

  • Manage Customer Creative Projects – Take ownership of customer branding, packaging, website and digital design projects from initial briefing through concept creation, revisions, approval and final delivery.

  • Brand Identity and Development – Develop distinctive brand identities for supplement businesses, including logos, colour palettes, typography, visual guidelines, brand assets and cohesive design systems.

  • Supplement Packaging and Label Design – Create professional, production-ready packaging and label artwork for capsules, tablets, gummies, powders, sachets, liquids and other supplement formats, ensuring brand consistency and compatibility with packaging specifications.

  • Product Mockups and 3D Visualisation – Produce realistic product mockups, packaging renders, ecommerce product imagery and marketing visuals that allow customers to evaluate designs before production.

  • Website and Ecommerce Design – Design, build or coordinate professional, mobile-responsive websites and ecommerce stores using platforms such as Wix and Shopify, focusing on usability, brand consistency, product presentation and conversion optimisation.

  • Customer Creative Briefing – Engage directly with customers to understand their brand vision, target audience, design preferences, competitor positioning, commercial objectives and agreed project requirements.

  • Creative Concept Presentation – Develop and present design concepts professionally, explaining creative decisions, gathering structured feedback and managing revisions within agreed project scopes.

  • Manage Project Timelines and Deliverables – Establish clear development milestones, prioritise workloads and maintain accurate project records to ensure customer work progresses efficiently and meets agreed deadlines.

  • Coordinate Artwork and Production Requirements – Work with NPD, Quality and Production to confirm packaging dimensions, label specifications, artwork requirements and manufacturing suitability before final files are released.

  • Maintain Design Accuracy and Quality – Check artwork for layout, spelling, dimensions, technical specifications, brand consistency and file preparation. Coordinate required regulatory and technical reviews with authorised colleagues before customer or production approval.

  • Manage Customer Expectations – Provide professional project updates, identify potential delays, manage feedback and ensure customers receive a consistent, high-quality creative service.

  • Identify Additional Creative Opportunities – Recognise opportunities to support customers with additional product designs, brand extensions, packaging upgrades, ecommerce improvements and marketing assets.

Internal Branding and Creative Development

  • Manage Vita Manufacture's Visual Identity – Maintain and continuously improve the company's brand presentation across its website, advertising, social media, marketing materials, customer communications and corporate documents.

  • Website Design and Creative Optimisation – Create, redesign and improve website sections, banners, landing pages, product visuals and supporting assets to enhance user experience, professional presentation and lead conversion.

  • Digital Advertising Creatives – Design high-performing visual assets for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting campaigns and other digital advertising channels, including static images, carousel creatives, short-form videos and advertising graphics.

  • Social Media and Content Design – Develop engaging branded graphics, educational content, infographics, animations, carousels and video assets to support organic social media and content marketing.

  • Video Production and Editing – Create and edit promotional videos, product demonstrations, company presentations, customer success stories and short-form marketing content.

  • Product Photography and Visual Content – Capture, edit or coordinate professional product photography, packaging imagery, manufacturing visuals and realistic product presentations.

  • Sales and Commercial Materials – Develop professional sales presentations, proposal templates, brochures, capability documents, customer onboarding materials and other assets that support the commercial team.

  • Email Marketing Design – Create visually appealing, responsive email layouts, campaign graphics and supporting creative assets for customer acquisition, nurturing and retention.

  • Creative Support for Product Launches – Produce launch visuals, promotional materials, product mockups and campaign assets for new Vita Manufacture services, product categories and business initiatives.

  • Maintain Brand Consistency – Develop and enforce internal design templates, visual guidelines and asset libraries to ensure a professional and recognisable brand identity across all channels.

  • Creative Innovation and AI Tools – Explore and apply modern creative technologies, including AI-assisted image generation, video creation, design automation and content production, to improve quality and efficiency while maintaining appropriate originality, accuracy and usage rights.

Creative Project Management and Collaboration

  • Plan and prioritise customer and internal creative projects according to commercial importance, agreed deadlines and available resources.

  • Maintain an organised creative project tracker covering briefs, milestones, revisions, approvals, deliverables and outstanding actions.

  • Work with Sales to define project scope, customer expectations, deliverables and commercial requirements before starting customer work.

  • Ensure additional customer requests outside agreed scopes are identified and referred for commercial approval.

  • Website and Ecommerce Design Skills – Practical experience designing responsive websites, landing pages and ecommerce experiences, with an understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion-focused design.

  • Packaging and Print Knowledge – Understanding of artwork dimensions, dielines, bleed, colour profiles, print-ready files and the practical requirements of commercial packaging production.

  • Creativity and Problem-Solving – The ability to develop original design solutions, interpret incomplete briefs and turn ideas into professionally finished assets.

  • Exceptional Attention to Detail – Strong commitment to accuracy, consistency, quality and the professional presentation of all deliverables.

  • Strong Ownership and Work Ethic – Self-motivation, accountability, organisational discipline and the ability to complete projects efficiently without constant supervision.

  • Adaptability and Continuous Improvement – Willingness to learn new software, creative techniques, AI-assisted workflows and digital marketing approaches as the business evolves.

Qualifications and Experience
